Returns / refunds


Leftback is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items, such items will be directly returned to the purchaser. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any underwear or swimwear products that have been worn.


To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.


We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels. Please note that all items returned to Planet Supplies Ltd are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the Planet Supplies return depot.


Delivery charges are not refundable.


Please note that we can not be held responsible for postal problems. We will supply full proof of dispatch if a claim is to be made.


It is the buyers responsibility to determine and incur any additional costs, including postage and any duties and/or taxes.

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery.


We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from , for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed.
